Programming.com is seeking experienced U.S. Tax Preparation Professionals based in Mexico to support U.S. individual income tax preparation and provide exceptional customer service.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Form 1040, strong knowledge of U.S. taxation, and conversational English. EA/CPA certification is not required. This role involves remote work supporting customers via video, phone, and chat.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience preparing U.S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. individual taxation.
• Conversational English proficiency.
• Experience interacting with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and assist customers with U.S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040).
• Provide professional customer support through video, phone, and chat.
• Research and resolve complex tax-related questions.
• Assist customers with tax preparation software and basic technical issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and high-quality customer service.
