Job summary

Programming.com is seeking experienced U.S. Tax Preparation Professionals based in Mexico to support U.S. individual income tax returns (Form 1040) and deliver exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of hands-on experience preparing Form 1040, strong knowledge of U.S. individual taxation, conversational English, and customer-facing skills. EA/CPA not required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience preparing U.S. individual tax returns (Form 1040).
• Strong working knowledge of U.S. individual income taxation.
• Conversational English proficiency (assessed through a live call).
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Comfortable working with tax preparation software and multiple computer applications.
