Elevationtravelpartners is looking for a Work-From-Home Travel Representative to support clients throughout their travel experiences. In this remote position, you will handle travel-related requests, provide customer assistance, and ensure travelers have smooth journeys.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is organized, and has experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or travel. Training and ongoing guidance will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred, especially in hospitality or travel.
• Interest in travel and helping others plan successfully.

Responsabilidades

• Communicate with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with reservation updates, itinerary adjustments, and cancellations.
• Provide accurate information about destinations and travel procedures.
• Confirm travel details and follow up with clients before departure.
• Address concerns and work toward timely resolutions.

Conocimientos

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
