In this client-facing role, you will serve as a trusted point of contact—from initial booking through post-trip follow-up—ensuring a seamless, personalized experience.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, service-driven, and passionate about travel, hospitality, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Assist with luxury and leisure travel bookings, including changes, cancellations, and special requests.
• Provide accurate information regarding destinations, requirements, and policies.
• Coordinate booking details and confirm itineraries to ensure accuracy.
• Proactively follow up with clients before and after travel for a positive experience.
