Nexon Automation in Saltillo, Mexico, is seeking a Training Consultant to design and deliver technical training programs for automotive-focused clients. You will create instructional content, build curricula, and oversee evaluations to ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Role involves delivering sessions on-site or remotely, documenting outcomes, and collaborating with client teams to tailor solutions. Travel to Mexico and the USA is expected. Strong English is required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechatronics, or related field) or Science.
Training/Instructor certification and/or Automation technologies (preferred), Industrial Robots (preferred).
Advanced English (required).
Passport – Required
Availability to travel: Mexico and the USA

Mansioni

Develop instructional content for training programs following the organization’s methodology, ensuring deliverable quality and generating all required supporting documentation.
Design curriculum maps, evaluation rubrics, and the activities required to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
Deliver training sessions (on-site or remote) to groups or individuals; prepare instructional materials and aids; and generate and maintain required administrative documentation (reports, evaluations, summaries).
Own deliverables associated with each training program executed.
Act as a consultant by assessing training needs and designing solutions that translate into structured training programs aligned with client requirements.
