You will assist in posting job openings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining ATS records while learning in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, business, or related field, or pursuing one.
• Genuine interest in recruitment and people-focused roles.
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job openings across job boards and career platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Support candidate sourcing efforts using LinkedIn and other tools to build talent pipelines.
• Review incoming applications and assist in initial resume screening under the guidance of senior recruiters.
• Help coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in the ATS, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
• Participate in team meetings and recruitment training sessions to develop your skills and understanding of the hiring process.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field — or currently pursuing one.
