Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Recruiting Manager to lead the Talent Acquisition function, guiding a team of leaders and shaping hiring strategies across the organization. You will oversee KPI tracking, data analysis, and process improvements to optimize recruitment outcomes.

In this fully remote role, you will collaborate with area managers, drive innovative recruitment approaches, and ensure salary settings and workforce well-being are aligned with business needs.

Qualifications

• Experience leading operational leaders.
• Background in Talent Acquisition or recruiting (desirable).
• Hands-on management style with a proactive approach.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and guide a team of leaders within the Talent Acquisition function.
• Create and implement new strategies for the hiring process and enhance employee well-being.
• Align with other area managers to ensure Talent Acquisition processes stay current and effective.
• Monitor and manage KPIs, metrics, and salary settings within the team.
• Analyze data to assess and improve Recruiting and Staffing processes.
