Job summary

Jobgether is partnering with a Mexico-based team to recruit a Traffic (User Acquisition) Team Lead. You will steer multi-channel growth, combining hands-on PPC and affiliate management with strategic budgeting and forecasting.

The role emphasizes analytics, attribution integrity, and scalable processes in a fully remote setting. You will mentor PPC and Affiliate Managers, optimize CAC/ROAS, and drive profitability across the funnel.

Qualifications

• At least three years of relevant experience in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Hands-on PPC management, affiliate management, and growth leadership experience.
• Proven budget management and data-driven investment decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop PPC and Affiliate Managers with clear KPIs.
• Develop and execute multi-channel user acquisition strategies across PPC and affiliate channels.
• Own budgets, CAC, ROAS, and LTV while forecasting weekly performance.
• Oversee PPC campaign structure, bidding, targeting, and creative testing.
• Negotiate and expand affiliate partnerships and traffic sources.
• Test and scale new channels while assessing profitability and risk.
• Track full-funnel metrics, diagnose performance changes, and report insights.
• Maintain accurate tracking and attribution across GA4, Mixpanel, and affiliate systems.
• Identify traffic quality issues and implement fraud prevention measures.
• Communicate results and risks transparently to stakeholders.
• Stay hands-on with campaign analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Automate reporting and testing frameworks to accelerate growth.
• Prioritize initiatives and reallocate resources to high-value opportunities.
