The role emphasizes strong English communication, meticulous docketing, and coordination with international counsel, with long-term remote collaboration across borders.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional paralegal, lawyer, or attorney experience.
- Experience with US trademark procedures and portfolio management.
- Proven ability to handle filings, deadlines, and docketing.
- Strong drafting, research, and client communication skills.
- Experience with USPTO processes and TTAB familiarity.
Responsabilités
- Prepare and file US trademark applications, amendments, renewals, and post-registration docs.
- Manage trademark portfolios, deadlines, Office Actions, and docketing.
- Coordinate with US attorneys and clients remotely with accurate docs.
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and organize findings for review.
- Assist with oppositions, cancellations, and TTAB proceedings.
- Support copyright filings and other IP-related tasks.
- Communicate with clients and international counsel on portfolios.
