Scale is seeking a remote Tier 0 Support Agent to assist contributors with a broad range of inquiries, from routine to moderately complex. This independent contractor role spans approximately six months, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

You will work asynchronously, document investigations in Zendesk or similar tools, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly and empathetically while staying current on product updates and workflows.

Qualifications

Experience in high-volume customer support or platform support.
Experience working remotely and prioritizing tasks independently.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Familiarity with SaaS tools used for customer service (e.g., Zendesk, Slack, Google Workspace).

Responsabilités

Resolve routine and moderately complex contributor inquiries via email and chat using established workflows.
Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally.
Document investigations, actions taken, and resolutions in Zendesk or equivalent systems.
Identify issues outside the tier’s scope and escalate with clear context and documentation.
Provide feedback to improve workflows, macros, or documentation to boost efficiency and contributor experience.
Stay current on process and product updates through provided resources.
