Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Tier I Technical Support Specialist for Smart Cooler Vending, fully remote from Mexico. You will be the first contact for operators, guiding them through onboarding, app use, and basic troubleshooting while documenting issues and coordinating with Tier II when needed.

The role emphasizes organized support, customer focus, and a curiosity for smart vending technology, payment systems, and connected equipment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in technical or customer support roles.
• Basic understanding of smart devices, mobile apps, dashboards, and connectivity.
• Ability to follow structured troubleshooting checklists.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to documenting tickets and customer interactions.
• Calm, patient and empathetic with frustrated customers.
• Willingness to learn smart vending technology.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer support intake and classify issues.
• Document machine IDs, models, locations, timelines and errors.
• Guide customers through first‑line troubleshooting steps.
• Assist onboarding and app navigation for customers.
• Gather connectivity details for deeper investigations.
• Support payment and transaction issues with proper data.
• Communicate clearly and follow up with customers.
• Escalate with complete handoffs to Tier II when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all troubleshooting steps.
