Turnitin is seeking a Technical Support Representative, Tier 1, for a Mexico Remote role. You will help resolve technical and non-technical queries, support product lines via email, and coordinate with engineering for issues and releases.

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent customer support experience is required. This is a full-time, remote-first position with a strong emphasis on problem-solving, communication, and delivering high-quality support to a global user base.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a customer support role.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, set priorities, and work independently.
• Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with good judgment.
• Willingness to work weekends and varying hours.
• Familiarity with learning management systems such as Blackboard, Moodle, Canvas or D2L.
• Broad understanding of web technologies and SaaS offerings.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively support Turnitin products via email, and occasionally phone and live chat, ensuring issue resolution.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Product Management on product issues and releases.
• Develop positive customer relationships and professional relationships with colleagues.
• Assist in translating, maintaining, and updating technical product documentation.
