Job summary

Research Solutions is seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide detailed product information and resolve complex inquiries. You will play a key role in delivering a seamless client experience through proactive problem-solving in a fully remote role based in Mexico.

The ideal candidate has strong English (written and spoken) and prior SaaS or academic support experience, plus ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote team environment. Schedule is Mon-Fri 12:00–21:00 CST.

Qualifications

• University degree in Science or equivalent customer service experience in English.
• Fluent in written and spoken English; comfortable with US/Europe calls.
• Experience with Zendesk preferred.
• Ability to work remotely and independently; team collaboration online.
