Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner, seeks a Grants Associate based in Mexico to manage end-to-end grantmaking, from application processing to reporting, ensuring compliance and accurate records in a fully remote role.

You will collaborate with grant evaluators, recipients, and internal teams to improve systems, handle due diligence, monitor progress, and support scaling of grantmaking activities. Willingness to travel 2–3 times per year.

Qualifications

• Experience with grant administration or similar funding workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with recipients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Process and administer grants through a grants management system.
• Serve as primary contact for grant recipients and resolve issues.
• Conduct due diligence to verify compliance with laws and policies.
• Review grantee reports for compliance and completeness.
• Maintain accurate grant records and data integrity.
• Coordinate monitoring and reporting activities to track progress.
• Collaborate with evaluators to streamline processes and improve operations.
• Identify opportunities to refine and scale systems as activity grows.
