Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager based in Mexico. You will own the product strategy and roadmaps for Hardhat and Ethereum Development Runtime (EDR), translating complex technical challenges into clear requirements, and prioritizing features that improve developer experience in building, testing, and deploying smart contracts.

Qualifications

• At least five years of professional experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner working on technical, developer-facing products or platforms.
• At least two years of professional experience as a Software Engineer with hands-on development in a strongly typed language (TypeScript, Rust, C++, C#, Java, or Go).
• Experience building or managing developer-focused products (APIs, SDKs, CLIs, IDE integrations, or infrastructure platforms).
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility, architectural constraints, and engineering trade-offs with engineers.
• Proven ability to define product direction, prioritize initiatives, and align delivery plans with strategic goals.
• Experience translating developer needs into PRDs, feature specs, and engineering requirements.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, design, iteration, development, and release processes.
• Proven ability to understand developer workflows and balance usability with technical quality.
• Experience working with engineering teams and technical leadership to build alignment on complex decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Autonomy, ownership, and the ability to drive progress in a distributed environment.
• Familiarity with Ethereum protocols, developer tools, and smart contract development.
• Ability to navigate complex environments and maintain a clear product vision as needs evolve.

Responsabilités

• Define, execute, and refine roadmaps for Hardhat and EDR, aligning with developer needs and ecosystem priorities.
• Own decisions on what to build next, balancing impact, effort, and constraints.
• Write and maintain PRDs, feature specs, and product design documentation for engineering teams.
• Drive feature definition, scope, prioritization, and execution with engineering leadership.
• Define UX expectations and developer-facing functionality for APIs, CLIs, and configuration options.
• Collaborate with CTO, Head of Engineering, and engineers to align dependencies and delivery sequences.
• Evaluate architectural constraints and trade-offs to keep requirements feasible.
• Identify high-impact problems through developer feedback and ecosystem research.
• Prioritize bugs and feedback to remove blockers and improve progress.
• Serve as the primary product contact for engineering, guiding decisions and UX expectations.
• Ensure a coherent user experience across Hardhat and EDR for writing, testing, compiling, and deploying smart contracts.
• Build relationships with internal and ecosystem stakeholders to reflect needs and long-term goals.
