Capgemini Mexico is seeking an experienced IT project delivery leader to drive end-to-end digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites. You will develop change management strategies and manage scope, budget, risks, and timelines.

The role requires collaboration with business, operations, quality and IT teams, plus experience with MS Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Power BI, and MES/LIMS or Veeva platforms. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in IT project delivery, service management, or digital transformation programs or organizational change management.
Experience with Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps or Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft 365 Suite and SharePoint and Power BI.
Experience with MES, LIMS or Veeva Platforms.
Experience in Risk, Issue, Budget, and Resource Management; Change Management, Business Readiness, and Stakeholder Engagement.
Knowledge in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and ITIL methodologies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of digital manufacturing and enterprise IT projects across global sites.
Develop and execute change management strategies to drive user adoption and business readiness.
Manage project scope, budget, risks, dependencies, timelines, and executive reporting.
Partner with business leaders, operations, quality, and IT teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
Drive governance, communication, training, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives.
