South is seeking a Technical Account Manager to support customer relationships and coordinate project execution in a technology-driven environment. This client-facing role emphasizes communication, coordination, and collaboration among customers, engineering teams, and leadership.

We welcome profiles with either a technical background and strong communication, or a commercial background selling tech solutions in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing sectors.

Qualifications

• Excellent spoken and written English, able to communicate with US-based clients.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage priorities.
• Comfortable in technical/technology-driven environments.
• Familiarity with project management workflows/tools (e.g., Jira, Notion).
• Professional presence in client-facing video calls.

Responsibilities

• Participate in customer calls as facilitator and contact point for coordination.
• Coordinate communication between customers, engineering teams, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables using project mgmt tools.
• Review SoWs to ensure alignment with expectations and scope.
• Prepare structured meeting notes and track decisions/actions.
• Follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines and commitments.
• Maintain proactive, professional communication with enterprise customers.
• Identify and escalate potential communication gaps or project risks.
