Get Linked Up is a growing global virtual staffing company connecting U.S.-based businesses with talented professionals worldwide. We seek a highly organized Recruiting & Contractor Success Coordinator to join our remote operations team on a part-time basis.

You will source candidates, conduct initial interviews, maintain pipelines, manage virtual contractors, and build relationships with clients. You will progressively own the screening process and determine readiness for next stages, while

Formación

• Previous recruiting, staffing, HR, or talent-acquisition experience
• Experience recruiting for U.S. personal injury law firms preferred
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Strong interviewing skills
• Experience with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Experience managing remote or international contractors

Responsabilidades

• Source and headhunt qualified candidates
• Review applications and resumes
• Maintain candidate pipelines for active positions
• Identify candidates matching client requirements
• Manage contractor and client communications
• Onboard contractors and coordinate onboarding
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with clients
• Provide hiring recommendations based on evaluations
