The Gund Company is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join a fully remote team. You will design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, manage a portfolio of high-impact roles, and mentor a cohort of recruiters from your home office.

In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment, partner with hiring managers across industries, and leverage data to optimize talent pipelines while delivering an exceptional candidate experience in a remote-first environment.

Formación

• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• 2+ years in leadership or management roles.
• Experience in remote or distributed team environments.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruitment strategies for diverse and challenging roles.
• Expertise in using various recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated success in managing recruitment processes in a fully remote or distributed team environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
