Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency that fosters a diverse, inclusive environment. We seek a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment, attract top talent, and partner with stakeholders to meet business goals.

You will source candidates across channels, manage ATS data, and contribute to employer branding. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with remote flexibility up to 60% of days.

Formación

• 2+ years in an internal recruitment role within a marketing agency.
• Experience recruiting in Creative, Paid Media and Martech in the AMER region.
• English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards.
• Ability to deliver global talent acquisition projects and meet KPIs.

Responsabilidades

• Attract, source and secure top talent to drive Jellyfish's growth.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment with a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and align hiring with business goals.
• Use ATS and TA tools, keep data accurate for reporting.
• Build Jellyfish as an employer of choice through outreach and branding.
