Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, MX is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for 1st shift. The role drives full recruitment lifecycle, partners with hiring managers, assesses candidates, and ensures a high-quality candidate experience while complying with regulations; remote with travel to the avionics plant as needed.

You will build strategic university and referral networks, screen resumes, conduct interviews for technical roles, and maintain timely hiring processes.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree preferred.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 3–5 years in recruiting or HR systems management.
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters.

Responsabilités

• Act as SME in the hiring process; liaise between candidates and managers for a high-quality experience.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical orgs, and referral networks.
• Review resumes and create shortlists; conduct interviews for technical roles.
• Recommend hires based on assessments and past records; ensure legal compliance.
• Establish cadence reviews with managers to fill positions timely; participate in TA projects.
• Remote role with travel to the Mexicali Avionics plant as needed.
