Collins Aerospace is seeking a Talent Advisor in Mexicali to lead the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience and compliance in a fast-paced aerospace environment. Remote work is possible within driving distance of the Avionics plant; travel to site as needed.

The role emphasizes strategic recruiting, stakeholder management, and process improvement with exposure to HR systems like Workday

Formación

• University degree or equivalent experience (or advanced degree with 3+ years).
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Minimum 3 years experience in recruiting/HR roles.
• Experience managing Recruiting/HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters).
• Proficiency in high-volume hiring strategies and workforce planning.

Responsabilidades

• Act as liaison between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates for the hiring manager.
• Screen interviews for technical competence and cultural fit.
• Make employment recommendations based on interviews and records.
• Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of hiring.
