Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Specialist for a remote, first-shift role. You will own the recruiting lifecycle end-to-end, partner with managers, and build talent pipelines for aerospace roles while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.

The role requires strong English communication, extensive experience with HR systems, and the ability to travel to site as needed within Mexico.

Qualifications

Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Advanced English communication skills.
Minimum 3 years of previous experience in similar roles.
Minimum 3 year of experience managing Recruiting or HR systems including Workday, Success Factors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters, etc.
Advanced English.

Responsibilities

Act as the subject matter expert in the hiring process, liaising between candidates and hiring managers for a high-quality experience.
Develop strategic relationships with universities, technical organizations and referral networks.
Review resumes and applications to create shortlists for hiring managers.
Interview and screen applicants for technical competence and fit.
Make employment recommendations based on evaluation of past employment records.
Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of hiring.
