Collins Aerospace in Mexicali, Mexico, is seeking a Talent Advisor to manage end‑to‑end recruitment in support of aerospace programs. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while upholding a superior candidate experience and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes strategic recruitment, stakeholder management, and process improvements in a fast-paced environment. Hybrid work setup with travel to the Avionics plant as needed.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent; advanced English required.
• Minimum 5 years' recruiting or HR experience.
• Experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle, LinkedIn Recruiter, Smart Recruiters.

Responsabilidades

• Act as SME in hiring, liaising between candidates and managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
• Develop relationships with universities, technical organizations and networks for talent pipelines.
• Review resumes and submit shortlists to hiring managers.
• Screen candidates for technical competence and fit with the team and role.
• Make employment recommendations based on interviews and background checks.
