Job summary

MillerKnoll, Inc. is seeking a proactive Remote Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment strategy and build a high-performing team in a remote-first environment. You will develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition plans aligned with growth objectives.

You will mentor recruiters, oversee end-to-end hiring, partner with stakeholders on workforce planning, utilize data to improve metrics, and champion employer branding to attract top talent across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record building and scaling teams in a high-growth environment.
• Expertise with recruitment technologies, ATS, and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and refine the overall talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future needs of the organization.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of talent acquisition specialists, fostering a high-performance culture and ensuring individual development.
• Oversee the entire recruitment process, from job profiling and sourcing to candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on workforce planning and talent needs.
• Utilize data and analytics to track key recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and report on recruitment effectiveness.
• Champion employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
