This senior role requires strategic thinking, executive search expertise, and a track record of leading recruitment functions for diverse clients. You will build strong client relationships in a remote-first environment and drive sourcing innovations.

Formación

• Master's degree or equivalent in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists.
• Develop and oversee comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with client objectives.
• Manage key client relationships and act as primary contact for strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Drive sourcing, assessment, and candidate engagement innovations.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement data-driven improvements.
