BairesDev is seeking a Staffing Consultant to analyze our pool of vetted IT candidates and staff opportunities. You’ll bridge Client Services, Sales and Talent Acquisition, vetting, selecting, and presenting candidates while meeting time-to-market and revenue goals.

This 100% remote role offers excellent compensation in USD or local currency, hardware for home work, flexible hours, and generous paid leaves in a diverse, global Top 1% tech environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Client-facing experience is essential.
• Experience in the IT industry.
• Analytical, adaptable and detail-oriented mindset.
• Strong business and process orientation.
• Advanced level of English with articulate communication.

Responsabilidades

• Successfully handle and fill openings, select candidates, and meet deadlines.
• Review and filter the pipeline according to defined parameters.
• Review and update openings to keep them current.
• Coordinate communication with clients, Client Services and Sales.
