Kalungi is hiring a Syntropy Scribe, a senior content strategist and writer role that begins with people and insight rather than briefs. You’ll extract signals from founders, customers, and markets to craft narratives for B2B SaaS GTM, then collaborate with stakeholders to shape positioning and content systems.

You’ll write website copy, long-form content, blogs, ad and landing page copy, and customer stories, while using AI tools to accelerate but not replace judgment and voice.

Formación

• Experience in content strategy, writing, journalism, research, product marketing, or strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Strong interviewing skills and the ability to turn complexity into clear language.
• Confident writer who prioritizes clarity over cleverness.
• Comfort shaping messaging, positioning, and narrative beyond briefs.
• Fluent enough in B2B SaaS to recognize real signal versus surface noise.

Responsabilidades

• Run interviews with founders, customers, sales teams, and subject-matter experts.
• Identify patterns and language buyers actually use to shape narratives.
• Translate insights into positioning, messaging, and POVs for B2B SaaS.
• Create messaging guides for marketing and sales use.
• Write and shape high-impact content across website, long-form, blog, and campaigns.
• Repurpose content into cohesive content systems across channels.
• Use AI to accelerate research, drafting, and repurposing while maintaining voice.
