Freelance Latin America is seeking an innovative Digital Growth & Content Strategist to oversee and expand a multi-channel online footprint. You will lead end-to-end digital media initiatives, combining strategic vision with hands-on production to grow audience and strengthen brand affinity.

You will work across LinkedIn, Instagram, SEO, website updates, and CRM-driven campaigns, turning projects into engaging content and measurable performance insights for international teams.

Formación

• 3+ years of professional digital marketing with a focus on B2B lead generation.
• Proven experience managing LinkedIn and Instagram for business.
• Solid knowledge of SEO principles, GA, GSC, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Experience conducting prospect research and identifying qualified B2B leads and opportunities.
• Proficiency with Canva and basic photo/video editing software; CRM and email platforms like HubSpot/Mailchimp/Constant Contact.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication and persuasive copywriting.
• Self-directed, organized, and able to work remotely with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage a content calendar for LinkedIn and Instagram that aligns with brand messaging and lead goals.
• Lead end-to-end digital media initiatives from concept to execution.
• Optimize Google Business Profile and perform keyword research to improve local visibility.
• Coordinate updates to website content, landing pages, and project pages for organic visibility and lead capture.
• Research and qualify potential B2B prospects and monitor bid opportunities.
• Support targeted email marketing campaigns for prospecting, lead acquisition, and nurturing.
• Create and edit digital assets using Canva and basic editing tools.
• Monitor performance across social, search, website, email, and lead gen; maintain CRM data.
• Prepare concise performance reports and provide actionable insights from campaigns.
