TripleTen is an award-winning online school focused on helping people transform their lives through technology education. We are hiring an Internal Sales Specialist to support student retention and ensure timely monthly payments while preventing drop-outs.

The role focuses on contacting students to facilitate payments, resolve concerns, and keep enrollments active. You will work remotely in a fast-paced, outcome-driven environment with clear KPIs and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Retention, Collections, Customer Success, or Consultative Sales.
• Strong communication, persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
• Proficient with CRM tools and data-tracking discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Collect recurring payments on time and meet targets.
• Resolve payment-related concerns and reduce churn.
• Proactively engage students to retain enrollment.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.
• Develop product knowledge and retention strategies.
• Identify at-risk students and drive solutions to improve results.
