Job summary
Turnitin, LLC is seeking a skilled Solutions Engineer to collaborate with Sales and Customer Success, translating customer needs into powerful technical solutions.
You will lead product demonstrations, provide SME input for RFIs/RFPs, and travel to conferences or customer visits as needed. A background in Educational Technology and 2–4 years in similar roles are preferred, with strong Spanish-language communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in relevant/related fields.
- 2–4 years of experience in Solutions Engineering or similar strategic/technical sales role.
- Experience in Educational Technology sector.
Responsibilities
- Engage in functional and technical discussions with customers to understand requirements.
- Design and present solutions demonstrating product value and addressing customer needs.
- Provide SME support to Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve revenue goals.
- Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations tailored to audiences and verticals.
- Contribute to proposals (RFIs/RFPs, tenders) addressing functional and technical requirements.
- Represent the company as a product expert at conferences and customer visits when needed.
