Job summary

phluence seeks a Solutions Analyst in Professional Services to help deploy and optimize the Phluence platform across healthcare client projects. You will work with Solutions Consultants and engineers on discovery, workflow design, and technical integration while ensuring thorough documentation and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes ownership, clear communication, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 13 years in technology, implementation, business analysis, QA, data analysis, digital health, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills with attention to clarity and detail.
• Comfort working with both technical and business teams.
• Ability to think critically and solve complex problems.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Eagerness to learn healthcare and pharmaceutical workflows.
• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
• Great written and verbal communication skills in English (B2+ or C1).

Responsibilities

• Assist Solutions Consultants with project delivery, including workflow documentation and coordination.
• Maintain project plans, registries, and status reports to keep stakeholders aligned.
• Capture requirements, draft chatbot scripts, map workflows, prepare UX flow diagrams.
• Execute testing phases and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support technical integrations with documentation and validation.
• Assist with validating data, dashboards, insights, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Participate in project kickoffs, planning sessions, and status meetings.
• Prepare client-facing materials and translate complex information into clear documentation.
• Collect user feedback and document enhancement requests post-launch.
