KMS is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge client product leadership and engineering teams on healthcare technology solutions. Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience as a business analyst on software development and Agile delivery teams.
• Experience translating business needs into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ability to work with product owners, scrum masters, leadership, and engineering teams through the SDLC.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, including backlog refinement and sprint planning.
• Experience maintaining a ready product backlog and ensuring requirements are prepared before development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client product leadership, owners, and stakeholders to understand objectives and requirements.
• Translate ideas into well-defined epics, user stories, and testable acceptance criteria.
• Lead requirements gathering and refinement to clarify needs and resolve ambiguities.
• Ensure requirements are complete, validated, and approved before implementation.
• Maintain a continuous backlog of development-ready user stories for upcoming sprints.
• Refine product backlog based on priorities and delivery objectives.
• Support backlog readiness, sprint preparation, and cross-team communication with the scrum master.
• Work with developers and QA to ensure detailed requirements and expected behaviors.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide requirements guidance.
• Identify blockers, risks, and dependencies with the scrum master and engineering teams.
• Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders to clarify functionality.
• Serve as liaison between client stakeholders and internal engineering teams.
• Maintain organized requirements documentation for development, testing, and future enhancements.
• Support QA during UAT and review test scenarios to ensure business expectations are met.
