Job summary

Axented seeks a Senior CRM Engineer for a contractor role via X-Team to lead a critical CRM migration from Salesforce to a modern platform, focusing on data architecture, integration, and end-to-end cutover ahead of a 2027 milestone.

You will own platform evaluation, re-architect data flows with EHR integrations, APIs and third‑party tools, write production pipelines, and collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure zero-downtime transition.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on Salesforce CRM engineering experience (Apex/Flows) and modern alternatives.
• Proven leadership in end-to-end multi-platform CRM migrations from planning to cutover.
• Complex integration engineering to re-architect data pipelines across EHR systems, APIs, messaging platforms, and third-party tools.
• Data strategy and schema mapping for historical data cleanup, field mapping, clean data synchronization, and rollback safeguards.
• Hands-on technical execution writing production-ready data pipelines and synchronization workflows.

About the Role
This is a contractor role through X-Team. This position focuses on leading a critical platform evolution: taking full ownership of migrating a healthcare CRM environment off Salesforce to a modern target platform. In this 100% hands‑on engineering role, you will evaluate and select the best target platform, re‑architect active data flows and healthcare integrations, and execute a seamless, end‑to‑end data cutover before a key 2027 milestone. Your architectural decisions and engineering execution will directly reshape the operational ecosystem and patient engagement workflows for a high‑growth provider.

• Senior CRM Engineering Experience with extensive hands‑on expertise across Salesforce (Apex/Flows) and modern alternative CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zendesk).
• End‑to‑End Migration Leadership with a proven track record of planning, executing, and finalizing complex multi-platform CRM data cutovers from scratch.
• Complex Integration Engineering expertise to re‑architect and rebuild active data pipelines across EHR systems, custom APIs, messaging platforms, and third‑party tools.
• Data Strategy & Schema Mapping mastery for historical data cleanup, field mapping, clean data syncs, and establishing robust rollback safeguards.
