Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) in Mexico offers a Hybrid role as Remote Support Specialist. You will be the first point of contact for software support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with global teams to resolve incidents across ERP, databases, and industrial communication.

The role requires 2+ years in software support, knowledge of VB.NET and C#, SQL, and strong English communication. Flexibility for early start times and occasional on-call duties is expected.

Formación

• Technical education or relevant experience in Engineering, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in software support, software development or technical application support.
• Experience with VB.NET, C# and SQL.
• Understanding of Windows environments, networking and server-client software structures.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for software support requests from regional and international customers.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate incidents involving applications, databases, servers and industrial communication.
• Document investigations, resolutions and best practices.
• Support software deployments and customer implementations when required.
