Markem-Imaje Inc. is seeking a Hybrid Remote Support Specialist in Mexico (Tlanepantla) to join the PI Helpdesk. You will troubleshoot software integrated with production lines, databases and ERP systems while coordinating with international teams. Training will be provided in-office, with ongoing hybrid work and occasional on-call coverage.

You should bring 2+ years in software support, strong VB.NET/C#/SQL skills, Windows know-how, and English fluency. Travel (<5%) and cross-functional collaboration are expected in this role.

Formación

• Technical education in Engineering or IT or related field.
• 2+ years in software support, development or technical app support.
• Experience with VB.NET, C#, SQL and Windows environments.

Responsabilidades

• Act as first point of contact for regional and international software support requests.
• Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Investigate incidents involving applications, databases, and servers.
• Collaborate with global colleagues to resolve complex issues.
• Document investigations and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Support software deployments and customer implementations as needed.
