Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Solution Engineer to design, configure and test software solutions for customer projects. You will write detailed design specs, work with project teams, and install CoLOS software on-site as needed.

The role requires strong programming, SQL and PLC/DCS interfacing knowledge, plus travel up to 20%. A hybrid work arrangement is available in Tlanepantla, Mexico.

Formación

• Bachelor or comparable degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with software development, testing and installation of solutions.
• Fluent English and strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Review final sales proposal and design/configure the software solution.
• Write Detailed Design Specification documentation for deliverables.
• Execute software engineering activities per project plan.
• Meet customer expectations within schedule and budget.
• Install CoLOS software at customer sites when required.
• Handover configured solution for validation with Service Delivery Engineer.
• Support escalated installation, FAT and SAT issues.
