Job summary

PROVE Partners is seeking a dedicated Servicing Specialist (remote) to join the team. In this role you will conduct 50-100 outbound calls daily to law firms and providers, gather case updates, negotiate settlements, and manage emails to ensure smooth case progression.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience servicing financial products. Personal injury knowledge is a plus. This is a contract, remote position with equipment provided by the employee.

Qualifications

• Clear spoken English and excellent communication.
• Strong writing and information-conveying abilities.
• Prior experience servicing financial products.
• Knowledge of personal injury is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make 50-100 outbound calls daily to update case status.
• Negotiate settlement terms with law firms and providers in a friendly and fair manner.
• Send and respond to emails related to case progress and inquiries.
• Research and track down important information for special or complex cases.
• Work through a daily task list to ensure all scheduled work is completed efficiently and on time.
