Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Practice Operations Assistant to support staffing, onboarding, billability tracking, and reporting for a near‑shore team. The role is remote based in México with work hours aligned to U.S. Eastern Time.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of administrative/operational experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and English fluency. Prior IT services experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2-4 years of administrative, operations, PMO, staffing, or business support experience.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Basic to intermediate PowerPoint skills.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Experience in IT consulting or professional services preferred.
• Previous ServiceNow experience is helpful but not required.
• Fluent professional English is required.

Responsibilities

• Staffing & Resource Support: maintain staffing/resource tracking, track assignments and dates, assist staffing meetings.
• Billability & Utilization Tracking: update utilization and billability spreadsheets, forecasted resource data, identify underutilized resources.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: maintain checklists, coordinate new-resource activities, track onboarding tasks.
• Employee Support & Escalations: assist with routine IT, HR, or admin issues, escalate as needed.
• Reporting & Administrative Support: maintain Excel trackers, prepare PowerPoint slides, manage shared files in Teams/SharePoint/OneDrive.
