Nordic Global is seeking a ServiceNow specialist to configure, customize, and administer the ServiceNow platform, focusing on CSM and ITSM modules, portals, and dashboards. You will partner with internal stakeholders to design and implement workspace-based applications and reports.

Day-to-day work includes upgrades, environment syncing, testing, documentation, and resolving incidents and change requests, with opportunities to train users and deploy new releases.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience (CSM, ITSM).
• 3+ years of ServiceNow development across modules.
• 3+ years' experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PERL, Python, Shell).
• 2+ years across at least three areas in ServiceNow (Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge, Service Portal, Asset, Reports/Dashboards, CMDB).
• ITIL concepts familiarity.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, customize and use scripting to build and improve ServiceNow applications including creation of forms, workflows, service requests, ACLs, and email notifications.
• Plan and implement projects using technical insight and knowledge.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with customers to understand, document and translate requirements.
• Maintain and refine processes supporting efficient operations.
• Research and deploy new releases and patches.
• Construct reports, views and dashboards in ServiceNow and in the consumption of ServiceNow data by other tools and/or processes.
• Train users and promote awareness of ServiceNow functionality.
• Develop custom software solutions as required through scripting and software development.
• Provide unit testing of implementation.
• Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors.
• Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise.
