Nordic in Querétaro, MX seeks a seasoned ServiceNow professional to configure, customize, and administer the platform across CSM and ITSM modules, including portals. You will upgrade environments, ensure performance, and document systems while partnering with stakeholders.

Responsibilities include scripting for forms and workflows, creating dashboards, and delivering training. Strong JS/Python/Perl skills and ITIL knowledge are essential for success in a hybrid onsite/remote setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on ServiceNow experience (CSM, ITSM, Portals).
• 3+ years in ServiceNow development across modules.
• 3+ years scripting with Perl, JavaScript, Python, Shell; include Angular/React.
• 2+ years across multiple ServiceNow areas (Incidents, Changes, Knowledge, Service Portal, Reports).
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS; CMDB and discovery a plus.
• Familiar with change management, SDLC, and requirements analysis.
• Knowledge of MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle databases.
• Ability to manage multiple projects; Agile/Scrum and ITIL knowledge.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service; calm under pressure.
• Cross‑functional collaboration to bridge non‑tech teams; Nordic maxims.

Responsabilidades

• Configure, customize and script ServiceNow apps (forms, workflows, ACLs, notifications).
• Plan and implement projects using technical insight.
• Perform root cause analysis and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with customers to document and translate requirements.
• Maintain processes for efficient operations and deploy patches/releases.
• Construct reports, views, dashboards; use ServiceNow data elsewhere.
• Train users and promote ServiceNow awareness.
• Develop custom software solutions via scripting; provide unit testing.
• Support requirements discussions with stakeholders and third parties.
• Provide SME expertise for ServiceNow across the enterprise.
