Atomic Hr is seeking an experienced SEO Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization across our higher-ed and nonprofit partner accounts. You’ll guide work from conception to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence.

Lead technical SEO, content optimization, and AI-enabled workflows, collaborating with Content, Web Development, Analytics, Paid Media, and Account Management teams to drive organic growth.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO, with at least 3 focused on technical SEO.
• Track record of surfacing high-impact issues and fixing them.
• Hands-on with Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across multiple higher education partner accounts.
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research.
• Lead technical SEO initiatives including site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals, structured data, and internal linking.
• Partner with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for search visibility and UX.
