Atomic Hr is recruiting an SEO Lead to own strategy, execution, and optimization for multiple higher education partners. You’ll guide technical and content initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive AI-enabled SEO improvements in a remote, US-focused context.

The role emphasizes hands-on execution, strategic roadmapping, and performance analysis, with exposure to AI tools and evolving search technologies across education-focused accounts.

Formación

• 5+ years in SEO with at least 3 focused on technical SEO across multiple sites.
• Track record of identifying and fixing high-impact site issues.
• Hands-on with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Strong WordPress knowledge: themes, plugins, redirects, and schema.
• Advanced experience with Claude for AI-assisted workflows.
• Clear written communication with developers and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies across partner accounts.
• Build SEO roadmaps aligned with enrollment goals and business objectives.
• Conduct keyword, topic, competitor, entity, and search intent research.
• Lead technical SEO: site audits, crawl analysis, indexing, Core Web Vitals.
• Collaborate with Web Development to implement technical SEO improvements.
• Optimize content, landing pages, and hubs for visibility and UX.
• Identify content gaps to strengthen topical authority across student journey.
• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, conversions; deliver insights.
• Own monthly SEO reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Stay current on AI search updates and best practices.
