Job summary

Corazón Cabo Resort & Spa, part of Noble House Hotels & Resorts, seeks a Senior Sales Manager for West Coast & Midwest. The role is remote in the United States with monthly travel to the Cabo property. Candidates residing in California, Washington, or Wisconsin are welcome to apply.

You will solicit group business to drive revenue across Rooms and F&B, leveraging luxury hospitality networks and event platforms. Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous resort/hotel group sales experience strongly preferred.
• Proven success in sales within the luxury resort hospitality industry (West Coast experience).
• Experience prospecting, negotiating, closing, and growing group business while meeting revenue goals.
• Familiar with Delphi Sales & Catering and Opera; knowledge of Cvent and Office tools is a plus.
• Experience selling Caribbean and/or Mexico beach destinations.
• Strong understanding of the group sales process: lead qualification, contract negotiation, site inspections, and account management.

Responsibilities

• Solicit group business to meet or exceed revenue goals forRooms and Food & Beverage.
