Job summary

Caylent is a fully remote global company focusing on AI-first cloud services and CCaaS testing. This Senior QA/Test Engineer role centers on designing test strategies, validating migration paths, and building automated suites for Amazon Connect and related technologies.

You will drive quality across UI, API, and serverless components, mentor teammates, and collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure production readiness and reliable customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of QA/test engineering experience, including 3+ years testing CCaaS/IVR/voice.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect or comparable CCaaS platform.
• Proficiency with automated testing frameworks for E2E and API tests.
• Experience testing serverless/event-driven AWS architectures.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and defect triage.
• Ability to mentor juniors and drive UAT sessions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test strategies for Amazon Connect implementations.
• Build and maintain manual and automated IVR and web test suites.
• Validate AI agent behavior, including intent recognition and fallbacks.
• Lead data and flow migration testing for CCaaS transitions.
• Participate in production readiness, monitoring, and incident triage.
