Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and the API services behind them. You\'ll evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and contribute to rigorous validation before production.

You'll build frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript, integrate LLMs, and collaborate with a Staff or Principal engineer. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python experience.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with LLM evaluation tools (LangSmith, offline evals).
• Experience with AWS.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with retrieval over structured/unstructured data.
• Experience with vector databases and embedding strategies.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end including agent and skill integrations.
• Build and maintain RAG pipelines over data.
• Evaluate agent behavior with datasets and offline evals.
• Develop frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to unblock teammates.
