BairesDev is seeking a Senior LLM Engineer to design and implement production-grade language model integrations and AI systems. You’ll drive architecture for scalable enterprise applications using LLMs, RAG pipelines, and model orchestration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software or AI/ML engineering experience.
• Proven production experience with LLMs and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Architect and deploy production-grade AI applications using LLMs and model orchestration.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines and multi-step workflows.
• Design robust APIs and MLOps pipelines for scalable model serving.
• Implement monitoring and observability to track system performance.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for secure, scalable cloud deployments.
