BairesDev is hiring a Lead AI Engineer (Python) to guide the technical direction and build production-grade AI solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams to design robust retrieval and modeling architectures that scale across enterprise applications.

The role emphasizes mentoring, shaping architectural decisions, and delivering high-performance APIs using Python, FastAPI, Pydantic, and async SQLAlchemy. This is a fully remote position with competitive compensation.

Formación

• 5+ years in Software or AI Engineering.
• Experience building and optimizing RAG systems with vector stores and embeddings.
• Proficiency in Python and developing asynchronous APIs with FastAPI, Pydantic, async SQLAlchemy.
• Hands-on experience deploying LLM APIs in production and MLOps practices like model registry and observability.
• Experience mentoring teams and aligning stakeholders.
