BairesDev, a global technology leader, is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to drive backend AI features end to end, collaborating with Principal and Senior engineers while staying hands-on.

You will build LangGraph flows, RAG pipelines, and ensure evaluation coverage across shipped AI components, unblocking the pod and shaping production LLM systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Python experience and hands-on backend AI feature development.
• Proven work building production LLM systems with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Strong English communication; remote work readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead backend AI features end to end and own a component of a larger project.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines across data types.
• Provide evaluation coverage and unblock engineers in your pod.
