Roboyo AI in Mexico is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer to design, build, and deploy Python-based automations and agentic workflows for business tasks. You will integrate LLM-based agents, orchestration frameworks, and deploy on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring robust testing and production readiness.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Python engineering experience, strong data pipeline skills, and familiarity with CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and Agile/Scrum practices.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on Python software engineering experience including production services and data pipelines.
• Experience building or integrating agentic AI automations.
• Strong analytical and solution design skills to translate business processes into Python automation.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy Python-based automations and agentic workflows end-to-end.
• Build and integrate LLM-based agents and orchestration tooling into automations.
• Deploy on Google Cloud Platform and integrate with APIs and databases.
• Write automated tests and run CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
• Diagnose defects and optimize performance in production environments.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and perform peer code reviews.
• Engage in client meetings to translate technical approaches for non-technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data engineers, DevOps, PMs, and business analysts to deliver the roadmap.
